Within the 3 month curation, we provide a restful nourishment planner with eating timeline information, healthy recipes, and mindful eating mantras to facilitate your own program to meet your schedule and dietary needs. These can be reviewed with your doctor and/or nutritionist to ensure that they work with your health goals and current overall wellness.
