It is a guided body scan, energy clearing, vagus nerve reset, yoga nidra exercise, and meditation over an hour and a half.
Within the 3 month curation, we determine the frequency of Rest Curations needed, along with calibrating the duration of each aspect of the curation. Some may need a Rest Curation weekly while others once a month. If rest curations only happen monthly, 4 additional family or friends can join each month. The determination is based on resistance to rest, ease of falling into relaxation or sleep, and comfortability with taking breaks when needed. The goal is to feel at ease with resting and seamless integration of rest into day-to-day living.
