It is an ancient Chinese wellness practice that combines slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and sound to cultivate and balance energy within the body.
Within the 3 month curation, we recommend practicing qi gong once a week. Each weekly practice will be personlized based on needs of the individual. The movements within the practice will be based primarily on the five elements (water, wood, fire, earth, and metal) to bring balance and energy flow to address problem areas. Each practice will be 30 minutes to an hour depending on needs and schedules.
