Course Intended Learning Outcomes (CILOs)
Understand What Organization, Production, and Operations Management is
Perform Management Tools like Stakeholder Analysis, Risk Impact and Contingency Planning, and Brainstorming
Execute Production Tools such as Flowcharting, Gantt Charting, and PERT-CPM
Learn Production Processes on Sawmilling, Paper Manufacturing, Veneering and Plywood Manufacturing, Fiberboard and Particleboard Manufacturing.
