5 common resources that are useful in any content classroom:

Pear Deck

Pear Deck is a presentation tool that you can integrate with Google Slides. Pear Deck allows you to make presentations interactive. Students can log onto the presentation and follow along on their devices. You can add interactive questions and responses to check student understanding as you go. Best of all, it integrates right into Google Slides presentations you already have created!

Quizlet

Quizlet is a great resources for vocabulary. You can create flashcard decks or have students create them themselves. Quizlet offers several different activities to help students learn the deck.

Edpuzzle

Instead of showing a video to the whole class, why not have them watch and follow along at their own pace? Edpuzzle allows you to create questions for students to answer as they watch the video to help improve their understanding. Youtube, TED Talks, Khan Academy, National Geographic. You can use them all.

Flipgrid

Give students a voice. Students make short videos to share on social media all the time. Why not utilize this in your classroom? Flipgrid allows students to create short video clips of themselves. You can use it to get feedback, have them explain their understanding, a much more.

Insert Learning

If you're tired of constantly printing out copies of articles for students to read, then Insert Learning is your answer. With Insert Learning, you can take an online page and create an editable document. Students can highlight and add notes. You can insert questions to answer along the way.
