Branching Forms
A branching form, sends the users to different sections based on the response to the question. Think remediation, acceleration, differentiation. Students answer a multiple choice question. If they get the question correct, the form sends them to the next question. If they get the question incorrect, it sends them to a new section that can have a remediation video, helpful hint or even another question - the choice is up to you.
