Culinary specialities :
During this trip we were obviously able to taste many Viennese specialities.
For me Chloé Bony first of all, i loved the goulash that i had at the restaurant. Goulash is a typical dish made of beef meat with paprika accompanied by a ball of bread. My favorite specialty is the cheese-sausage stuffed hot dog that you can buy everywhere in small stands.
Finally i was able to taste lots of Viennese chocolate with an unsweetened cream and the apple strudel at the central café which i did not like because it was too sweet.
For me, Emilie Dieudonné, my first taste of a typical Viennese dish is a pork cutlet served with a cold potato salad with garlic and onions, I loved it but it was very hearty for my little stomach lol!
I then tasted a Viennese hogdog, it was super good too and very greasy yum! I was then able to drink a Viennese coffee, I did not find it better than in France, a bit disappointing.
