ROOM RATES:

Group Rate 06/09/2022 - 06/11/2022 Standard King $182.00 per night. (depart June 11, 2022)

This can be extended to a 3rd night, but contact Beverly Fink (bfink@carnegiescience.edu)

After Thursday, May 12, 2022 (the “Cutoff Date”), Hotel shall be permitted to release rooms.

ROOM RESERVATIONS:

Each individual guest must make his/her own reservation by calling (800) 889-5420 or online.

Guests making such reservations must identify themselves as members of the Group, (Carnegie Institution for Science Room Block). The group code is G-CISW. Here is the link to group rate currently only for 2 nights.

Contanct Beverly Fink (bfink@carnegiescience.edu) to get an extra night at this rate.

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If a guest cancels a reservation less than 24 hours before 3:00 pm of the guest’s check-in date, then the Hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes.
