Please review the below schedules for each day for set up details, and when activities start. Contact Courtney Diveley if you have any questions!

Hotel:
- Please book hotel rooms at the Downtown Denver Sheraton
Parking:
- Parking is available onsite at the Sheraton. View the Hotel & Travel Details page for more directions on how to access the garage onsite.
Shipping:
- If you are needing to ship materials in for the conference, view THIS sheet with instructions from the hotel. FedEx is located onsite at the hotel. As a reminder, each sponsor must ensure their items are packed up at the end of the evening on Tuesday April 15th. Cardinal Group will not be able to ship anything back post event.
Sponsor night theme + booth space info:
Our theme for the evening is "College Game Day/Tailgate party". We highly encourage you to dress up in your favorite college teams gear, decorate your booth, etc. with the theme! The teams get really into it!!!
Booth Space: You will have a 6' banquet table with roughly 4-5 feet behind it to decorate/set up signage/etc.
