Nominees will be eligible for awards based on the role they held for most of 2024 (e.g., if Alex was an APM from January to August and became a PM in September, they’d be eligible for APM of the Year).

Consider a team at a community that does the right thing all the time. The selection committee will consider their ORA score, pre-lease/occupancy, cNOI, and the details provided in their nomination.
Consider a team that pursues strategic growth for their community. The selection committee will consider their improvement in ORA scores and renewal rate year over year (or comparable data), cNOI improvement YOY, leasing performance YOY, reduction in A/R, and the details provided in their nomination.
Consider a Community Manager that utilizes innovative workflows to create a better experience in their community. The selection committee will also consider their scoring on the Qualtrics question "My immediate supervisor is an outstanding leader," team member retention data, the renewal rate at their community, and the details provided in their nomination. *Lease up status for occupancy percentages will be considered.
Consider a Maintenance Team Leader that is adventurous, creative, and open-minded. The selection committee will also consider work order turnaround time (Keystone), maintenance request score (Opiniion), Work Order Survey scores, team member retention data, and the details provided in their nomination.
Consider a Leasing & Marketing Team Lead, Leasing Team Member, Resident Coordinator, or Operations Coordinator that is adventurous, creative, and open-minded. The selection committee will also consider 24-hour lead follow up time and occupany/pre-lease percentages compared to market and goal (or comparable data), and the details provided in their nomination.
Consider a Resident Director, Resident Services Coordinator, Shuttle Driver, Dining Hall cook, or Office Manager that creates fun for their residents and fellow team members. The selection committee will also consider their ORA score and renewal rate (or comparable data), Opiniion survey scores, and the details provided in their nomination.
Consider an Assistant Community Manager or Bookkeeper who makes data-driven decisions. The selection committee will also consider online payment percentage and delinquency YOY (Keystone), and the details provided in their nomination.
Consider an Assistant Portfolio Manager or Ops Analyst who makes data-driven decisions. The selection committee will also consider their PPM ranking for A/R and online payments (or comparable data), and the details provided in their nomination.
Consider a Portfolio/Regional Manager who utilizes innovative workflows to create centralization at their communities. The selection committee will also consider their results to the Qualtrics question "My immediate supervisor is an outstanding leader," cNOI performance, PPM composite score, and the details provided in their nomination.
Consider a Facilities Operations Specialists Member Team Member, Traveling Facilities Manager, or Traveling Facilities Operations Manager who pursues growth and knowledge. The selection committee will also consider onsite feedback surveys, and the details provided in their nomination.
