The revenue management department supports teams in increasing rental revenue by 1-3%. Led by Carey McDonald, the revenue management team provides rental rate guidance during rate planning, renewals strategies, and weekly pricing calls, and market analysis via AXIO metrics, College House, market surveys, and Terrain data.

The PU/PM is a composite charge for a bundle of services/software used across the organization. Tech includes Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, Inspection Module Licenses, Tech Support, VPN Security and Data Protection, Task Ray, and Keystone. Cardinal Protect is a Property Damage Liability Waiver Program that is offered to CGM's property management clients for their communities. This offering allows the Landlord to enforce the minimum insurance language in leases by providing limited-peril coverage for resident-caused fire, smoke, sewer backup, and explosion damage. Clients are the sole beneficiaries of its coverage, and therefore, residents' personal belongings are not covered. In conjunction with this offering, Foxen manages all administrative efforts correlating to the renters' insurance policies, provides additional ancillary revenue opportunities, and reduces liability risk for all communities that offer this service.
