The CX3 pricing tool is a reference sheet that includes Board-approved bill rates for our two current role offerings: Customer Accounts Specialist (CAS) and Customer Sales Specialist (CSS).
On the second/third tabs of the sheet is a version of the budget impact model. This is set to pull in bill rates automatically based on the bed/unit count.
The CX3 product offering and role cards provide details for each role related to CX3 offerings and key responsibilities. Financial and operational considerations are included to assist in pitching CX3 tools.
