CTE Pathways

The following pathways can be completed through Carbon High School:

It takes only 3 credits in an area of concentration to complete a CTE pathway.  Pathway completers will receive a certificate and a cord to proudly wear at graduation.  The certificate and cord are awarded during the senior year, at the end of year Awards Banquet.  Careful planning may be required for students wishing to be pathway completers. PLEASE WORK THROUGH THE COUNSELING OFFICE FOR ASSISTANCE ON CTE PATHWAYS.

Career and Technical Education has 56 career pathways within fifteen areas of study. Each pathway is structured so students can investigate a wide range of career choices. Pathways make it easier for students to understand the relevance of required courses and helps students choose elective courses more wisely.
