The PSAT will be given at CHS on Wednesday, October 28 in the Media Center. Juniors, this is the only opportunity to qualify for the National Merit Scholarship Program. You MUST register by Monday, September 12th with a check to "Canfield High School" for $18 in the School Counseling Office. NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Refunds will not be issued after September 14th. This wil be announced on morning announcements the first two weeks of school.
TESTING DAY INSTRUCTIONS:
Check into your PrimeTime for attendance and report to the Media Center no later than 7:45. Please bring with you a #2 pencil and an approved calculator. Check here for more information on practice materials. Testing will last until noon and you must stay in the testing room the entire time testing is taking place. All cell phones must be completely turned off throughout testing and any breaks. Students who have A or B Lunch will be permitted to eat lunch immediately following testing until 12:30. Students are responsible for any missed work from that day and need to communicate with their teachers ahead of time that they will be missing that day (Oct. 28). What to Bring:
Two No. 2 pencils with erasers
An approved calculator
What Not to Bring:
Any devices, including smartwatches, that can be used to record, transmit, receive or play back audio, photographic, text, or video content
Protractors, compasses, rulers
Highlighters, colored pens, colored pencils, mechanical pencils
Pamphlets or papers of any kind
Food and drinks—including bottled water
