SpED Post High

All students in the Post High Program will receive instruction and support based on their Individualized Education Plan through their Distance Learning Plan. The case manager for this program will connect with families individually and communicate the learning activities for each week, as well as meet with each family/student to design their Distance Learning Plan.

Packets and other hands in learning activities and supplies will be created for students and will be available for pickup at Ackerman on Mondays from 1:00-3:00 PM.
