CAS will advise the driver of next steps to be taken.

Per SOP
Washing Machines & Dryers, if the installation is purchased the delivery team will also:
Disconnect waterlines (if applicable)
Disconnect dryer duct (if applicable)
Standard Installation includes two (6’) new braided hoses.
Standard installation of a new dryer duct
Level the appliance as required for proper operation
Perform hose leak test
Connect the drain hose to the existing drain
If laundry units are not disconnected on arrival, we will disconnect if the piping is in good condition and unplug them as part of the Washing and Dryer machine installation service.
The team will only complete standard installation and will not reconfigure existing plumbing.
We do not expect teams to install to rusty, unsafe or corroded water pipes and as a reminder, all delivery issues are to be called in while the team is onsite. Teams must provide photo documentation of the issue and will be provided a unique authorization code to validate they have called in.
