In the case of a Not at Home, drivers must physically knock on the door/ring the doorbell.

Drivers must call the customer to advise they are on site.


A picture of the house number/identifying aspect of house must be taken or a photo of the driver at the door.

(Failure to take pictures will result in non-payment of that stop).


If no answer from the customer, driver must call this to CAS.


CAS will call the customer and leave a message advising drivers are on site.

Drivers must wait 15 minutes from the time they advise CAS before moving on.

 (If drivers arrive before the time window begins drivers must wait until time window opens and then an additional 15 minutes).
