1. of a Protestant faith

2. resident of the State of Iowa

3. attending the University of Iowa full-time

Requirements for Eligibility

1. Must be a high school senior and a resident of Mercer, Rock Island, Henry, Whiteside, Carroll, Knox, Lee, Clinton, Scott, Muscatine, or Louisa County. 

2. Must plan to study a STEM related degree (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) at either an accredited four-year college or university; an associate degree at a community or junior college ; or a skilled trades certification.
