Useful Attendance Reports (Office Staff)
Attendance Detail or Summary Report - This report contains the Parent/Guardian name, student address, and total days absent, present, and possible.
Absence Occurrence Report - This report may be generated to obtain a list of students who have a certain number of absences as well as perfect attendance.
Accumulative Absences Report - The Accumulative Absences Report displays a total number of absences based on either the period of day or selected absence codes.
75% Attendance Verification Report - This report is used for audit purposes and is a count day documentation requirement.
Teacher/Class Attendance Summary Report - This report will print attendance info for selected classes and is useful in many ways including section 25e claims, as it can also be run by student for any/all of their classes.

Change Subsystem Control Dates - Districts may view and edit dates throughout the system in the areas of Course Control Set Dates, Grading Period Dates, Term Definitions, and Calendar Terms.
