Mindful Schools - Mindfulness Class for Kids - Classes will be held on: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 10am PDT / 1pm EDT
Every week on Tuesdays through March and April, we will be hosting our LIVE Community Call from 4 - 5pm PST. We will dedicate the first 20 minutes to a guided mindfulness practice hosted by the Mindful Schools training team, and open it up for discussion. We invite you to join us tomorrow!
We also are trying something new for K-5 students by offering LIVE Mindfulness Classes for Kids every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 - 10:30am PST. You can learn more about it here and watch our first episode!
