What if I miss a Live Session? 

If you miss a live session, you will be marked zero for that session. 

You may watch the recording* for that missed session within two weeks and provide proof of what you learned by completing the Exit Assignment shared in the recording. Finally, email Mrs. Sutton three bullet points of what was covered in the session.  Students may make up no more than three live sessions per semester.

If you watch a missed session within the three week deadline, please follow up by completing these two steps:

1. Be sure to complete the Exit Ticket for that session thoroughly and completely, demonstrating knowledge gained by watching the session.

2. Email your teacher at ksutton@cal-pacs.org to notify her that you have submitted an Exit Assignment

   • Provide her with the original date of the session you watched.

   • Provide her with the topic of the Exit Assignment you completed.

   • Include 3 bullet points of what was covered in the session. 

**If you have a pre-approved live session accommodation plan:

• You will need to submit your Exit Assignment within two weeks and contact the teacher when you have completed and submitted it as described above.
