J2Blast Spellings Guidance.docxRead, Write Inc is a programme aimed at supporting the acquisition of phonics. Phonic knowledge is the knowledge of individual and groups of letters. Sound phonic knowledge is the key to rearing and writing. From Nursery to Year 3, Read, Write Inc is taught daily to whole class and small groups. IDL is an interactive, digital programme that offers personalised literacy support. The aim of IDL is to improve children's phonic knowledge and ultimately increase reading and spelling age. Each child has individual login details (available on request from class teacher) and uses the programme daily for 15 minutes. Additional activities can be completed at home as often as desired. Just 2 Easy is a Hwb based resource aimed at primary aged children. To access J2E you will require your child's user details (available on request from class teacher). Within Just 2 Easy your child can access exciting, interactive resources to support all areas of learning. For home learning, we recommend J2Blast to support spelling and times tables, J2Code and J2Write. Please click on the link above for more information. Mathletics is an engaging, interactive maths programme that offers bespoke learning for children. Teachers set weekly assignments that support and consolidate what is taught in school. Children are given individual user details (available on request from class teacher) to allow them to log in at home.
