Important Facts about A-G vs. Non-A-G Paths
Students can follow the A-G or Non-A-G path to meet graduation requirements.
Students with the goal to attend a 4-year University or College should follow the A-G path to meet the enrollment requirements of the prospective college. Grades earned in courses should be a C or better.
The A-G sequence of courses in seven subject areas is required for eligibility for admission to the UC or CSU systems and is determined by the UC, not by the school, teacher, or parent.
All core academic courses offered at Cabrillo Point Academy meet A-G requirements and the state's college-prep standards.
A-G and Non-A-G elective courses are offered to students.
