The ACTFL level descriptions below help clarify what a learner should be able to do in each level.
Students who complete Level 4 should demonstrate proficiency at an Intermediate High level. They should be able to write and speak in simple paragraphs, and include details and supporting statements. Having practiced the four language skills in all four functions, they are better prepared to be successful in PathwayConnect.
