Injury Paperwork

If a firefighter suffers an injury on a call, the injury must be reported within 24 hours.  Notify the BOFC at the end of the call that an injury has occurred and follow the directions here from PMA Companies, the township's designated company for handling claims. You will need this username information when initiating a workers' compensation claim:
