Driver Abstract Packet

Members of the Bradley Gardens Volunteer Fire Company and the Bradley Gardens First Aid & Rescue Squad, Inc. drive and operate vehicles owned and insured by Bridgewater Fire District 2 Board of Fire Commissioners. The Board's insurance carrier, Volunteer Firemen's Insurance Services, Inc. (VFIS) has requested that the Board obtains driver abstracts for all approved emergency vehicle operators identified by the chiefs of their respective volunteer departments.

The Bridgewater Fire District 2 Board of Fire Commissioners has an established binder containing abstracts performed every three years that is kept in our secure office for site visits performed by our insurance carrier VFIS. If a member is getting trained to drive within our 3-year cycle, the Board requests they complete the driver abstract packet prior to being cleared to drive any of the Board owned apparatus.
