Driving Policy

Any member of the Bradley Gardens Volunteer Fire Company or Bradley Gardens Rescue Squad that will be driving any Fire District #2 apparatus, must complete the following steps:

1. Completely read the Fire District #2 Driving Policy.

2. Print and sign the Member Acknowledgement of Driving Policies.

3. Print and complete the NJ Motor Vehicle Release Form. You must also submit a copy of your driver's license with this form.

Request that your chief complete the appropriate form below:

• Fire Company Chief's Clearance for Class A Drivers

• Fire Company Chief's Clearance for Class B Drivers

• Rescue Squad Chief's Clearance for Ambulance Drivers

The Board of Fire Commissioners recognizes there may be a need for non-members to ride in our apparatus for various non-emergency events. If this needs to occur, a Release of Liability for Non-Members MUST be submitted to the BOFC PRIOR to the non-member riding in a piece of District 2 apparatus.
