If you need to add someone to a discussion in an email there’s now an option to ‘@’ mention them
Whether you’re introducing a new colleague via email or simply want to follow up with multiple contacts, this new feature allows you to save time and get things done a little easier.
In Gmail, Simply use:
@
Mention a contact
+
To add another contact to the mail
When you @mention the contact within your email, the recipient will be able to click on the contact and it will open up in a new compose window so they have the option to email the contact themselves.
