Mrs. Rosy Aguirre graduated from Tarleton State University in Texas where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education with a minor in Spanish and specialization in reading, special education and ELL/Bilingual education.

Mrs. Aguirre loves to spend time with her son, Marcos, daughter Martha Eliza, and husband Efrain. She loves to listen to Spanish music, spend time outdoors, and watch a good soccer game.

Mrs. Lisa Carter graduated from University of Northern Colorado with her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Liberal Arts. Over the past 12 years of teaching at Birch, she has also taught in 2nd and 3rd grades, and was a Writing Interventionist. In 2012, Mrs. Carter got her master's degree in Education Equality and Cultural Diversity from University of Colorado.
Mrs. Lisa Carter graduated from University of Northern Colorado with her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Liberal Arts. Over the past 12 years of teaching at Birch, she has also taught in 2nd and 3rd grades, and was a Writing Interventionist. Mrs. Carter's husband, Ben, is a firefighter. Together they have 2 daughters and a son- Claire (8), Michael (5), Jacqueline (Jac- 2), and a 2-year old Boston Terrier, Dixie. Mrs. Carter's favorite thing to do is spend time traveling with her family and taking photographs.

Mrs. Haley Hibbeler became an elementary school teacher after having a six year career in business! She originally earned her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in International Business from the University of New Mexico. After realizing that teaching was her true calling, she went back to school and earned her Professional Teaching License and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado. Mrs. Hibbeler has taught here at Birch Elementary for the past 15 years! She loves the students, her fellow teachers, and the amazing Bulldog Community!
Mrs. Haley Hibbeler became an elementary school teacher after having a six year career in business! She originally earned her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in International Business from the University of New Mexico. After realizing that teaching was her true calling, she went back to school and earned her Professional Teaching License and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado. Mrs. Hibbeler has taught here at Birch Elementary for the past 15 years! She loves the students, her fellow teachers, and the amazing Bulldog Community!
Outside of school Mrs. Hibbeler is also a wife and a mom! She has been married for 14 years to her wonderful husband, Steve, and has two daughters and a son, Lexi (11 yrs), Jacy (9 yrs), and Trevor (6 yrs). Mrs. Hibbeler and her family love the outdoors and try to spend as much time as possible in the mountains. She loves to play volleyball, golf, horseback ride and watch all types of sports! She's a huge Broncos, Rockies, Avalanche, and Nebraska Cornhusker fan! Mrs. Hibbeler is also a huge animal lover!! She just adores her new Alaskan Malamute puppy, Durango, and her guinea pig, Poppy!
