School of Business and Economics (SOBE) of United International University (UIU) offers a post-graduate degree in business administration - Masters of Business Administration (MBA) https://sobe.uiu.ac.bd/mba/. 

As a part of the assignment for this course, address the following issues (Reference: Chapter Two of your textbook) :

1. Industry Structure: How has e-commerce technology influenced the forces of competition in the postgraduate business education sector in Bangladesh? Write a report with references (APA 7) for the director of the MBA program at UIU.

2. Firm Value Chain: Illustrate and interpret the value chain of the UIU MBA program with B&C channel strategy.

3. Growth Strategy: Share and explain a growth strategy for the UIU MBA program and prepare a report for the director of the MBA program.

Protocols

Protocols during the submission:

• One submission from each group. The submission URL should land in the assignment subpage under the Resource Menue of the Prototype Site (for the UIU MBA program).

• Each group will record a presentation video and share the URL in the submission inbox. The presentation video length should be 5-10 minutes.

• The report format should be professional, but the specific form is kept open to explore the level of creativity in each group.

• All improved prompts and results should be presented with one URL and the presentation video with another URL. 

Procedures after the submission:

• Based on the comparative performance of all groups submitting the report, the best group will be declared at the beginning of the next class.
