WBDY-LP 99.5 FM BINGHAMTON COMMUNITY RADIO (a.k.a. “The Bundy”) is a non-commercial, non-profit, community-focused radio station dedicated to enriching and sharing the unique artistic, intellectual, and cultural life of the Binghamton area. Our 15-watt FM signal reaches approximately 150,000 residents of the Triple Cities. Our 24/7 live stream at wbdy.online is available to any device with an internet connection. We syndicate many of our original, locally produced programs for nationwide broadcast through the Pacifica Network of 200+ non-commercial radio stations.
The station is a project of the BUNDY MUSEUM OF HISTORY & ART, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. WBDY has one paid, part-time Station Manager, but otherwise depends on committed, passionate community members for programming, outreach, fundraising, and all activities that keep us going. We are funded by local businesses, organizations, and individuals who care about our mission and purpose. WBDY is not a public radio station, and receives no public funding.
