Even when used in isolation, audio, graphics, and text are powerful means of sharing information; however, when each of these components works with the other, the communication of ideas is greatly enhanced. Projects in this category are defined as any multi-page creative presentation using any combination of media including audio, video, images, or text.
Videos fall under the Video Production category. Animated movies fall under the Animation category.

This category is open to all divisions/grade levels.
A computer is required to display the project. If appropriate to the project, digital evidence of storyboarding may be shared to show sequencing of the project's creation and refinement. As such, students competing in this category do not display tri-boards. Please note that digital videos are not part of this category (see the Video Production category instead).
You may have up to 2 people on a team but teams and individuals will compete against each other within each grade grouping. Regardless of the length of the project, the judge time is 15 minutes. Judges may only view a portion of the actual project.
Judges will use the Multimedia Applications category rubric as a guideline for exemplary characteristics of projects in this category. Students should use the rubric as a guide for what judges are looking for.
