So far, the only methods of getting information about Uranus and it's moons is through NASA's Voyager 2 mission, the Hubble Space Telescope (as seen down below), and other several powerful ground-based telescopes.
A lot remains unknown about Uranus, as only one spacecraft has ever visited Uranus. A mission there is said to be one of NASA's highest priorities and it is outlined in the Planetary Science and Astrobiology Decadal Survey 2023-2032. The temporary name for this mission is the Uranus Orbiter and Probe (UOP). There would be an orbiter that gathers information over time and a probe that will drop into the Uranus's atmosphere to scan the planet from the inside. The mission will be around 4.2 billion dollars. The mission is proposed to last five years, and launch in 2032.
