Cooper Hill Maple is a fifth-generation, family owned maple farm located in Marathon, NY. Cooper Hill makes between six and seven hundred gallons of syrup from two-thousand trees on the farm. hey produce and sell pure maple syrup, maple cream, and maple sugar as well as a variety of other maple based products

Make plans to come out and "Get Your Maple On" with Cooper Hill Maple! Students and staff will spend part of the day at our 5th generation farm and learn how we make maple syrup with our state-of-the-art evaporator, and auxiliary equipment.
They will gain an understanding of how we convert the natural sap into pure maple syrup at the proper density and temperature. Our sugarhouse features antique tools & farm equipment as well as vintage sugaring supplies, alongside the modern equipment preferred in the current maple industry. Tapping demonstrations, maple confection production, the history of maple syrup, features of the evaporator and other specialized equipment, weather, and yearly production are the various topics our family will discuss during the time of your visit. Before departing back to the school, a container of our maple cotton candy will be loaded onto the buses for each attendee to enjoy at the end of their school day. In the case of unforeseen events and cotton candy cannot be provided on the day of your visit, a comparable gift will be given in its place, at our discretion.
