Description:
Mira is a music educator, performer, and instrument servicer operating in New York. Mira can provide supplementary one-on-one or group lessons on all string instruments, and will also play alongside and focus students in their ensemble groups according to the teacher’s specific needs. She can also provide short demonstrations of professional-level performances that specifically highlight and celebrate a collection of cultural perspectives, emerging musical talent, and give context to and sparking discussion about the relevance of classical music in contemporary life.
Mira can also work with students preparing scales and excerpts for NYSSMA or BCMEA auditions.
