The Bryan Elementary 1st-4th Grade students performed fabulous concerts in April! Each grade level worked on many musical concepts to prepare for their concerts including, melody, harmony, dynamics, form and rhythm. They sang and performed beautifully. Ms. Tappen and Mrs. Grime are very proud of the hard work and dedication each student put in to prepare and perform for their concert! If you missed any of the performances, you can watch them courtesy of Golden Bear TV below. Thank you to all the staff and musicians that helped make the programs a success!

We had lots of fun in band this spring. Our fourth graders (along with 4th graders from all over Williams County) got to hear from the Toledo Symphony String Quintet. The 7th & 8th grade bands got to connect with composer Benjamin Taylor via Zoom on April 29th. They were able to play Mr. Taylor's piece "Electric Breakdance" for him, and have him provide feedback. The students later played this piece at their spring concert.
The BCS Bands performed their spring concerts during the week of May 4th. It is impressive to see how far these students have come over the course of a year.
