Concert Procedures
Figure out transportation BEFORE the day of the concert. Students may not stay after school before the concert. Families must provide students with transportation to and from the concert, or make carpool arrangements with another family. Concerts usually end by 7pm.
ARRIVE ON TIME already in concert attire (5pm unless stated otherwise).
Go DIRECTLY to your assigned area and STAY there.
Respect other groups as they rehearse and perform by staying quiet, attentive, and supportive (audience etiquette).
Respect parent volunteers, other teachers, and administrators.
Enter and exit the stage quietly, keep posture #1, and sing your best (stage etiquette).
Stay for the entire concert unless you have already talked to me about being excused to leave early.
AUDIENCE (Parents)
Drop your students off at the front of RHHS and remain in the atrium or parking lot until doors open to the public at 5:45pm.
Exhibit the same audience etiquette as students to support their hard work!
