RHMS Chamber Choir
Chamber choir is an advanced, audition only ensemble that meets every Monday and Wednesday after school from 3:30-4:30pm. These students are the ambassadors of the chorus department that perform at school and community events. To be a part of this group, you must be able to learn difficult music at a fast pace and have a passion for music and performing. This choir is a big commitment but a lot of fun! District Honor Chorus
Each year, every chorus teacher may nominate a certain amount of students to participate in District Honor Chorus. Students who are nominated will spend one evening and/or one full day rehearsing with other students from all over GMEA District 1, and end with a free public performance.

All-State Chorus
The All-State Chorus is comprised of top 7th and 8th grade students around Georgia who pass two auditions. In the first audition, students sight read three examples, two in major and one in minor. They also perform their major, minor, and chromatic scales in the range of their voice classification, and a solo piece. In the second audition, students are tested on their knowledge of the repertoire that will be performed at ASC.
