Workday

The purpose of the workday is for FOF project groups to meet to decide on next steps for the project and to start on the website, presentation, and artifact for the project.  You and your group will have to certify that you have accomplished specific steps during your work time, including:

1. Certification that everyone in the group has read through the guidelines for the next part of your project - you will use the FOF Group Work Checklist for this.   You can see a blank Group Checklist by clicking here.

2. Completion of a Group Decision Matrix, which the group will use to make a final decision on what action the group plans to take in relation to your topic, and what grant funding will actually pay for.  See a sample Decision Matrix by clicking here.

3. Completion of a Group Contract, specifying "who will do what," in relation to the group roles listed here.  To see a sample contract, please click here.

4. Starting to fill in pages for the Grant Proposal Website

5. Starting to fill in slides for the Group Presentation

6. Starting to lay out plans for the creation of the Artifact
