ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN SPORTS:

NEW

In accordance with CIAC regulations 4.15B, all students prior to participating in tryouts and athletic activities, including cheerleading, must have on file, with the school nurse, a current physical examination, which was performed within the past 13 months. The school nurse will inform the athletic director and coach with a list of student compliance.

Students also need to complete a Concussion and Cardiac form EVERY TIME the student is trying out for a sport.

Students must have passing grades in all subjects.

Students who do not participate in PE class are ineligible to participate in athletic activities on that day.

Grade 5 students may only participate in Cross Country and Cheerleading .
