Purpose
Practice time is time dedicated to PURPOSE. Nobody gets better when they are operating aimlessly.

It is every player's instinct to want to breeze through meetings and walk-throughs so you can just go play. But you need to understand that those things exist for a reason and fight your instinct to not give your full effort to "boring" parts of practice.
