Counselling & Wellbeing

Brookes Counselling offers a range of options to enhance your psychological wellbeing, including: workshops on anxiety, stress, and procrastination; Wellbeing talks on mood management; one-to-one counselling which can be either face-to-face, online (text or Skype video), or over the telephone; curriculum based talks and workshops to meet the needs of particular students. 

Members of the team are also available to speak to students or staff who are concerned about other students.
