Why Donate?
The Brockway Schools & Community Education Foundation is more than a tax-deductible donation. It gives students in the Brockway Area School District the chance to gain experiences often reserved for students in large school districts.
For example, Class of 2018's JJ Ginther was able to go to college as a sophomore, and he was just one of many. With AP classes, dual enrollment classes, Dale Carnegie, and other programs funded through the Foundation, Brockway students go to college a year ahead of those who do not have these opportunities. And if they are not going to college, the Foundation has provided start-up funds for students to kick off small businesses. Look up Fred Barefield's furniture for an example.
