Thanks for taking the time to check out the Participant Portal.
The idea is to have everything you need for BBX2026 in one place and make the lead-up to the event as easy as possible. If you spot anything missing, something isn’t clear, or there’s information you think would be useful to add, please get in touch and let us know.
Chances are, if you’re wondering about it, someone else is too - and we’d much rather fix a gap now than have you hunting for an answer later.

Scott will be running the floor and the Loading Dock area through the weekend. His knowledge and experience with event logistics, coordination and safety are invaluable gifts to the Club.
Understanding the procedure will not only help you plan your bump-in, but will also be safer for all involved.
Please understand that while some of these things seem "a bit much", the actual "bit much" is the volumes of paperwork, regulations, and permits we face in putting on the show. We have done the hard yards dealing with it and distilling that down for you to a straightforward plan, so you don't have to go through the extra hassle of Induction Courses, safety checks and paperwork.

Take care walking to and from the venue. Don’t jaywalk. Pay attention. You cross many roads.
If you do not feel comfortable walking to your car alone, especially at night, ask the Event Crew and we can organise an accompaniment.

Shoes are the most vital piece of kit. The floor is concrete.
Your knees WILL get sore and your feet WILL ache. Invest in good shoes now and give yourself time to break them in. Don't forget good socks too.
If possible, 2 pairs of good shoes are the way to go. By changing shoes at lunchtime, you not only adjust the pressure points on your feet, but gives your first pair of shoes time to rebound its innersole padding.
Chairs are not provided in volume by the RNA, so we would suggest investing in a portable chair to bring.
One thing to consider in your choice of chairs is most camping chairs are deep and low. If you plan to be up and down during the day, getting in and out of these low chairs gets harder towards the end of the day.
Any powered item must be tested.

Please keep it chill and quiet.
Notify the BBX crew for longer stays.
