BRI is looking to add team members to our Monitoring department who are strong team players, have an excellent understanding of the Interviewing process, able to give constructive feedback, present thorough briefings, answer basic interviewer questions and establish a motivational atmosphere of mutual respect.
The role of the Monitor is to facilitate the job of the Interviewers by assisting them with the necessary support, to be productive and effective. You will provide interviewers with informative briefings that allow them to feel confident and prepared enough to approach and complete surveys for our various studies. You will objectively listen to calls and make notations to respectfully present interviewers with feedback and suggestions that will help them become successful, motivated interviewers. Monitors should also be knowledgeable in the Interviewing process and internal procedures to redirect interviewers so that they may perform within BR guidelines.

Job Type: Part-time On Call
Pay: Current employees may apply if you have completed the first 30 day probation period. Must have Good attendance record and good monitoring evaluations.
Salary is hourly and current employees will receive a $.50 cent raise after a 30 day Probation period.
