Please follow these instructions to adjust or confirm the privacy settings on your When I Work account.
Please visit the When I Work Homepage
Top right click on the coworkers icon
On the right hand side of the page click on MY PRIVACY SETTINGS
Under the Profile Section, look for the Checkbox labeled HIDE CONTACT INFORMATION FROM COWORKERS
Ensure this box is CHECKED OFF
It should look like this:
