Copies of unofficial transcripts can be requested from the counselor at any time by students or parents/guardians. If you need the transcript by a specific date, try to give the counselor several days notice to ensure you receive the copy when needed. To request an unofficial transcript, email melissa.ross@brimfield309.com or call the High School Front Office, 309-446-3349.
A copy of your transcript may also be provided for new drivers to receive a better rate on insurance policies. Discuss this with your parents for details on what you may need.
A google form will be sent to the Class of 2026 emails prior to graduation. The google form is provided for all graduating Seniors to request an official transcript be sent to their list of schools, employers, or other destination.
Final transcripts will be complete and available by the first week in June.
Between June and July, school emails will expire for graduates. This google form link will also be available on BHS Counseling social media pages.
Requesting your high school transcript:
If a student or alumni needs an official high school transcript to be submitted anywhere, it should be requested at least one week in advance from when it is needed. Transcripts may be requested through Parchment or directly from the counselor by email, melissa.ross@brimfield309.com. Official transcripts must be sent directly from the counselor or a school administrator.
Official transcripts will be ready after all grades are received and submitted, including all dual credit courses and WBL programs. ICC courses may still be ongoing after BHS graduation. Students must continue their dual credit courses until the scheduled end date and complete their course final to get a passing grade.
If you have already graduated, an official high school transcript should be ordered through Parchment.
Please keep college deadlines in mind when making your request, as transcripts may take up to 7 days to be processed.
Requesting your ICC transcript:
See "Parchment Transcript Services" below
Colleges will not release your transcripts to counselors, administrators, or parents/guardians.
Students who have taken dual credit or dual enrollment courses through ICC or WIU will need to request their transcripts through the preferred transcript service designated by the attended college. ICC currently uses Parchment Transcript Services.
BHS and many colleges utilize Parchment to send official transcripts.
Current high school students can request their transcripts to be sent to unlimited colleges for no fee. Parchment will charge a small fee soon after a student has graduated high school.
Click the link above to set up your student account and connect with Brimfield High School. If you are a dual-credit student, you will be required to set up an account with Parchment to access your ICC transcript.
Parchment now syncs with Xello to streamline the transcript submission process for current BHS students.
