IMPORTANT Payroll Dates/Processes

• Payroll across all BRICK Networks are semi-monthly occurring on the 15th and 30th of each month.

• Monthly stipends for additional responsibilities are typically paid out as a recurring payment split between the 15th and 30th payroll.  For questions about how stipends are paid, review the BRICK Stipend one-pager.

• Referral bonuses are paid out twice per year - Jan or Jun.  Referrals must be submitted here.

School-Based Staff:

• Returning 11-month employees receive double benefit deductions on the 8/15 and 8/30 paycheck to cover the cost of benefits in the month of July.

• Long-term agreements are paid out on a quarterly or semester basis. Please refer to your specific agreement to confirm payment terms.

• Hard to Staff, performance bonuses, and tuition reimbursements are all paid out at the end of the school year. 

• Class coverage is paid out one pay period behind. Ex: Class coverage from September 1-15 will be paid on the September 30th payroll.   All Gateway coverage must be logged here.

• Gateway Club Sessions (after school clubs, tutoring, ACT, Saturday, etc.) must be logged here.

• Recruitment hours are paid out one pay period behind. Ex: Hours worked and reported from September 1-15 will be paid on the September 30th payroll.   All Gateway recruitment hours must be logged here.  Buffalo recruitment hours are logged here.
