SUPPLIES
Students will need the following supplies for success in Freshman English class:
Pen (blue or black ink)
Spiral Notebook
Chromebook*, charged and ready for use every day
Planner (provided by the school)
NOTE: Students are expected to bring their notebook and their charged Chromebook to class each day. Teachers strive to provide a balance of digital and traditional activities to reduce screen time for students.
Students may wish to have the following OPTIONAL supplies for classroom activities. There are some available in class if students do not have their own.
Highlighters in multiple colors
Pencil and eraser
Post-it notes
Colored pencils and/or markers
Headphones or earbuds (for viewing instructional and/or historical videos) - these may only be used when directed by the teacher. When not in use, they must be stored in a bag or backpack.

TECHNOLOGY
As a Google school, each student is issued a district Chromebook for use during their time at Bremerton Schools. Students will conduct frequent inquiry and research requiring them to access and explore Google and Google Scholar search engines.
