What is Courseware? 

Courseware is a digital curriculum for grade 6 through adult learners that helps students reach college, career, and military readiness through flexible, personalized first-time credit, credit recovery, and expanded course access.

Curriculum Resources 

Overview 

Edmentum is a free resource for Affiliates that includes, Exact Path, Study Island, and Courseware. If you are unfamiliar with Edmentum please review the background and context on the Research & Evaluation Website. Courseware is a resource that can be used as an alternative to Breakthrough National-provided curriculum resources or Affiliate-developed curriculum resources. The Courseware resources below align with our educational philosophy and are categorized as 

Stand-alone resources from vetted curriculum sources outside of the National Office-developed curriculum and may require prep and further refinement on the Affiliate end. We encourage Affiliates to use these resources when: introducing a unit, a closing activity for a unit, breaking the monotony of a longer unit/project, or using on a ‘flex day’. These resources can be found in the additional curriculum resources tab.
